Client onboarding
Move every new client through the right steps, documents and owners.
We turn the spreadsheet your team runs on into a proper internal tool in 7 business days.
One workflow. Fixed scope. No six-month software project.
The breaking point
Then the team started using it.
Then customers, projects, approvals, assignments or reports started depending on it.
Now people update it manually, avoid certain columns, copy information between systems—and rely on unwritten rules to keep it all together.
Example transformation
A representative example of the kind of workflow we can turn into an internal tool.

What it could replace
Not a platform overhaul. The piece of your operation that needs to stop living in rows and columns.
Move every new client through the right steps, documents and owners.
See what is in progress, blocked or ready without chasing updates.
Bring scattered inputs together and make routine reports repeatable.
Route decisions clearly and preserve who approved what, and when.
Turn a signed deal into a clean, accountable delivery handoff.
Give the team one dependable view of the work that keeps things moving.
A deliberately short process
Show us what the spreadsheet does, where it strains and what better looks like.
We confirm scope, users, rules, data and the shape of the replacement.
We implement the agreed workflow, migrate data and test the critical paths.
Your team gets the tool, documentation and a focused walkthrough.
The seven-day format works because the scope stays tight. If your workflow is too complex for a Sprint, we will tell you before payment.
What you receive
Exact features depend on your workflow. Every Sprint covers the thinking, build and handoff needed to put one bounded operational system into use.
Fit check
Founding Sprint
For teams whose operations depend on a spreadsheet that no longer fits the work. We choose the Sprint based on the workflow: important enough to replace, bounded enough to finish.
A focused engagement to replace one operational spreadsheet workflow with a working internal tool.
The boundary:
Scope before work. We review the workflow first, then document exactly what the Sprint includes and excludes before either side commits.
Apply for a founding SprintQuestions, answered
A repeatable business process that currently lives in Google Sheets or Excel—not just a set of calculations. Think onboarding, assignments, approvals, fulfillment, handoffs or reporting that multiple people depend on.
No. We replace the one operational workflow that has outgrown them. Your team can keep using spreadsheets where they are still the right tool.
We choose a lightweight, maintainable web stack suited to the workflow. The final architecture, hosting and ongoing costs are confirmed with you before the Sprint starts.
The Sprint includes migration from the primary workbook when the data is in usable shape. We map and validate the migration with you; extensive cleanup may need separate scoping.
Usually, yes. A founding Sprint can include up to two external integrations, provided the tools have suitable APIs and the work fits the Sprint.
We will say so before you pay. We may recommend a smaller first workflow, outline a phased project, or tell you the Sprint is not the right fit.
Very few. We need focused access to the people who understand the workflow, usually through a kickoff and a handoff, with concise async check-ins in between.
You keep the delivered tool and documentation. We can scope future improvements separately, but there is no required long-term engagement.
Describe what the sheet does, who uses it, where time is lost and what tends to break. Redacted screenshots are useful. Never send confidential records, passwords or unredacted customer data through the application.
The next move
It needs to become the system your team already treats it like.
