These terms govern your use of the Hollin Labs website and its Spreadsheet Exit Sprint application form.

Website use

You may use this site for lawful business purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious material or use the form to send content that violates another person’s rights.

Applications are not engagements

Submitting an application does not create a client relationship, guarantee acceptance or reserve a Sprint. A project begins only after both parties agree to a separate written scope and payment terms.

Offer and scope

The founding offer describes a typical tightly scoped Sprint. Exact deliverables, timing, integrations, responsibilities and fees are confirmed in writing before payment. Work that cannot reasonably fit the Sprint may be declined or separately scoped.

Your submissions

You are responsible for the information you submit and for having the right to share it. Do not submit confidential unredacted data, credentials or regulated records through the public form.

The website and its original content are owned by Hollin Labs. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission. General information on this site is provided as-is and is not professional legal, financial or security advice.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the site accurate and available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. To the extent permitted by law, Hollin Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from use of this public website.
